Frequently Asked Questions

Booking & Payment

How do I book a rental?

Contact us or book through the website to request your date. Your booking isn’t confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and we’ve received your deposit.

What's the service area?

We deliver and set up within 30 miles (one way) of Branson West, Missouri. Requests outside that radius may be possible at our discretion and may include an added travel fee. We do not service outside the state of Missouri.

How much is the deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total rental cost secures your date. You can also choose to pay in full at booking.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable $100 security deposit is collected as a hold or charge on your card. It’s released within 7 business days after pickup, assuming no damage, excess cleaning, or missing items.

When is the rest of my balance due?

The remaining balance is due on arrival, before setup begins. If it isn’t paid at that time, we may cancel the rental and the deposit is forfeited.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards only. We don’t currently accept cash, checks, or third-party payment apps.

What if my card is declined?

A $30 fee applies to any declined, reversed, or charged-back payment. You’re also responsible for reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees, on any unpaid balance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

What's your cancellation policy?

7+ days before the event: full deposit refund, or convert it to a reschedule credit (your choice) — credit valid 6 months
3–6 days before: deposit is forfeited, no additional charge
48 hours or less: 50% of the total rental cost is owed
Day of event or no-show: 100% of the total rental cost is owed

How do I cancel?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing — by email to celebrationstationllc@outlook.com or text to 417-559-2291. They take effect when we receive them. Phone calls and in-person cancellations aren’t accepted.

Can I reschedule instead of canceling?

Yes, one free reschedule is allowed if you request it at least 7 days before your event, the new date is within 6 months of the original, and that date is open on our calendar. Requests inside the 7-day window are treated as cancellations. Additional reschedules beyond the first may be allowed at our discretion and may include a rebooking fee.

Weather Policy

What happens if the weather is bad?

For safety, we may cancel, delay setup, or retrieve equipment early if conditions are unsafe — including sustained winds/gusts over 15 mph, lightning or severe weather warnings, heavy rain, or extreme temperatures. If we cancel for weather, you choose between a full refund or a 6-month reschedule credit.

What if the weather turns bad after setup is already done?

Everyone must exit inflatables immediately and stay off until conditions improve. We don’t issue refunds for time lost to weather that develops after a successful setup, though a partial reschedule credit may be offered at our discretion.

Delivery, Setup & Site Requirements

What does my yard/space need to be ready for setup?

Before we arrive, please make sure the setup area is clear of debris and hazards, reasonably flat, mowed if it’s a lawn, accessible via a path at least 4 feet wide, and marked for any underground sprinklers, septic lines, or buried utilities. We’re not liable for damage to unmarked underground features.

Do I need to check clearance and space myself?

Yes. Equipment dimensions and clearance requirements are listed on our website, and it’s your responsibility to confirm the space works before booking. If you’re unsure, let us know in writing before the event — we’re not obligated to do a pre-event site visit.

What power and water do I need to provide?

Inflatables need a functioning 110V grounded outlet within 50–100 feet of setup, or you’ll need to add a generator rental at booking. Water slides/equipment need access to an outdoor spigot within reasonable reach; if you don’t have one, let us know when booking. If utilities aren’t available on arrival and you haven’t arranged for a generator, we may either supply one on-site for a $150 on-site upcharge + generator fees (subject to availability) or cancel the rental with forfeiture of amounts paid.

How do you calculate the delivery/set up fees?

We charge a flat $50 set up fee up to 15 miles from Branson West. An additional +$2/per mile for any distances past 15 miles will be added to the $50, and it is all calculated at check out in the website.

Where won't you set up equipment?

We can’t set up on rooftops, elevated platforms, decks/balconies (without prior written approval), sand, gravel, mulch, steep or uneven terrain, or any location we determine to be unsafe.

How long is a rental day, and can I keep equipment overnight?

Rentals are priced per day, with a use window of up to 8 hours. For multi-day or overnight rentals, all inflatables must be powered down overnight — running them overnight is prohibited, and resulting damage will be billed.

Safety & Supervision

Do I need someone supervising the equipment?

Yes. A sober, responsible adult (18+) must actively supervise equipment at all times, enforce the safety rules, and be capable of handling an emergency. Failure to provide proper supervision is a material breach of the rental agreement.

What are the rules while using inflatables?

No shoes, sharp objects, food/drink, silly string, face paint, or pets inside; no climbing, flips, or roughhousing; riders grouped by similar age/size; posted weight, age, and occupancy limits must be followed; and everyone must exit immediately if the blower stops or weather turns.

Who shouldn't use the inflatables?

Anyone impaired by alcohol or other substances, pregnant women, people with heart, back, or neck conditions that could be aggravated by physical activity, and anyone over the posted weight limit.

Generators

Does the generator come with fuel?

Yes — a full 20lbs propane tank, enough for a standard 8-hour rental day, included in the rental price. Additional fuel may be purchased for an add-on fee.

Can I refuel or move the generator myself?

No. Never refuel, relocate, or tamper with our generators. If one runs low or shuts down, stop using the equipment and contact us immediately by phone, text, or email — we’ll dispatch a technician for a $50 on-site refuel fee. Unauthorized refueling or repositioning will be billed for any resulting damage.

Why does the generator need to be so far from everything?

Generators produce carbon monoxide. For safety, we place them at least 20 feet from any equipment, structure, or gathering area, never in an enclosed space, and you may not move them once placed.

Damage, Cleaning & Loss

What happens if equipment is damaged or dirty when it's picked up?

We inspect everything at pickup. The $100 security deposit is applied first toward any repair or replacement cost; if it exceeds $100, you’re responsible for the full actual repair or replacement cost. Excessive dirt, mud, or bodily fluids incur a $50–$150 cleaning fee.

What about silly string or similar products?

Silly string, party spray, and similar chemical products are strictly prohibited near inflatables — they cause permanent damage. A minimum $500 fee applies for any contaminated equipment, up to full replacement value.

What if equipment is stolen or lost?

You’re responsible for the full replacement value at current retail prices, and you’ll need to file a police report within 24 hours and provide us a copy.

Liability & Other Policies

Do I need to sign anything besides the booking confirmation?

Yes — a separate Liability Waiver and Release of Claims must be signed before setup. It covers your responsibility for all equipment use, supervision, and any injury or damage during the rental.

Does your insurance cover my guests?

Our general liability insurance covers our business operations, but not your guests or invitees. We recommend event or homeowner’s insurance if you’d like that coverage.

Will you take photos at my event?

We may photograph or video setup, use, and take-down for business documentation and marketing. This is a standard condition of rental. If you’d like certain people or areas excluded from marketing photos, let us know in writing beforehand (evidentiary photos for damage documentation are still required).

Is there an age requirement to rent?

Yes, you must be at least 18 with full legal capacity to enter the agreement. We may ask for government-issued ID at delivery to verify your age.

What state law governs the rental agreement?

Missouri law governs, and any disputes are handled in the state or federal courts of Stone County, Missouri.
